Try these four fresh and Iced Tea recipes to stay hydrated this summer. With fresh ingredients, no preservatives. Iced tea has always been a favorite beverage especially during the summer months.

For those who follow a healthier lifestyle and are trying to avoid ready-made commercial solutions with bottled iced tea (usually full of sugar), choose instead to add honey, fresh fruit, or herbs.

So today, we wanted to share four flavors of iced tea from this year's lineup and from our most classic ones.

Is iced tea good for us?

A big question I think a lot of people have been is if iced tea helps as much as hot tea and whether it's recommended. As usual, our answer to most questions like this is, "It depends." Depends on what?

- Do you add a ton of sugar to your iced tea?

- Have you already had 6 iced teas (with tannins) and want another one the same day?

- Did you use clean, simple, and fresh ingredients?

- Does it help you reach your minimum daily water intake?

Overall, if you're limiting the amount of caffeine in a day, not adding a ton of sugar or highly processed ingredients, and just enjoying a refreshing iced tea recipe to switch up the rate of plain water consumption to keep you hydrated, iced tea is a per-fectly healthy choice. You can take it further by adding sparkling natural mineral water or a drink. For an even more impressive effect, make ice cream sticks with tea!!!

The suggestions we have chosen to present to you today include tastes for all palates.

- Morning Black Tea strong with caffeine and lemon (Lemon Forest) or sanguine (Blood Orange)
- Green detox tea with ginger and lemon (Ginger- Lemon) or cherry (Tom & Cherry)
- Cold, caffeine-free fruit infusion for all hours and for children or for those who are homeopathic Peach Pomegranate (our classic Top Sales Pomegranate- Gojiberry)
- Finally, a cold herbal caffeine free drink with Mountain Tea & Orange Myrro Blend.

Ginger lemon Iced tea

A classic and amazing combination of green tea with ginger and lemon. Apart from its amazing taste, it detoxifies and helps a lot in case of digestive problems or bloat-ing.

You will need:

½ lemon, sliced

4 ginger rings

2 teaspoons of ginger lemon tea

3 cups of hot water

2 teaspoons of lemon juice 2 teaspoons of ginger juice 1 cup of honey (optional)

Fill a container that can withstand hot temperatures with your water, pour in the tea and let sit and 3-5 minutes. If you leave it longer the green tea will turn bitter. You see, tea, like wine, contains tannins, which are released when the tea steeps for a long time, so steeping too much makes it bitter.

So, the secret of a strong iced tea is more tea, not more steeping. Conversely, for a light tea, I don't reduce the number of teas, but the steeping time.

Now add the ginger and lemon slices so they can release their flavors. Remove the tea from the water. At this point if you like you can add your sweetener.

The lemon and ginger can be left in if you like the zest, they give off otherwise re-move them.  It's a good idea to leave them on to act as natural preservatives as long as you have the tea in the fridge, and it hasn't been consumed.

Fill the container with ice until you reach the liter (with the already hot water). And you are ready!

Repeat the same process for the green cherry tea (tom & cherry), only instead of lemon and ginger as ingredients you can add lime (¼ cup) fresh cherries, or cherry or blackberry juice!

For black tea the times are almost the same with green, about iced tea. In our sugges-tions the fresh fruit you can add is sanguine or orange or their respective juices and a few mints or basil leaves.

Pomegranate-peach tea

We will try an alternative way of iced tea.

Slice 3-4 peaches and place them in your final brew where they will remain for serv-ing. Add your sweetener (sugar, honey, agave syrup, stevia, coconut sugar), add if you want one of the further herbs like lemon verbena, lavender flowers and 2-3 ta-blespoons of peach tea and fill your brew with cold water. Put it in the fridge and leave it for 4-5 hours or even better overnight.

Your tea is ready to serve. Add ice to the glasses and taste it!

For the ice cream sticks:

Put the kettle on with half a liter of water. Put 2 tablespoons of tea, for example pomegranate and peach, in a brew and pouring the hot water. Leave the tea steeping in hot water for 10-15 minutes, after removing it, and let tea cool completely.

In a separate bowl, mix the juice of a lemon, 1/4 cup of agave syrup and slices of 2 peaches. Mix well. Add your tea to the bowl and blend them.

Pour the mixture into the ice cream cases and place in the freezer until well chilled!

Black Tea Ice Pops

What I will need:

4 cups of water

2 tablespoons of black tea

400 gr almond milk or milk of your choice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder

1/2 teaspoon salt flower

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (preferably Ceylon cinnamon)

1/8 teaspoon clove powder

In place of the spices we recommend, you can use your own spice of choice.

A nice tea if you like spices is pumpkin chai

 Execution:

Boil your water and let it cool for 10 minutes. Add your tea and let it sit for 15 minutes. Strain and transfer the tea into a pitcher.

Add your milk, vanilla, salt, and spices. Mix well until well combined.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Finally, remove the mixture from the refrigerator, divide it into ice cream scoops and place in the freezer until completely frozen (about 4 hours), depending on the size of the ice cream scoops.

That’s it, ready!

You can follow the same recipe for any drink flavor you like by adding similar in-gredients or even whole pieces of fruit, flowers, and herbs for an even more impres-sive result.

Iced White Tea & Lavender.
We choose white tea for less caffeine combined with aromatic and soothing laven-der.
It's better to brew the tea the same day you serve it. You can sweeten it by adding honey, or if you leave that option to your guest place straws and a choice of natural sweeteners - such as honey or agave - lemon slices and a jar or container of fresh lavender near the pitcher of iced tea for an attractive presentation.
What I will need:
5 teaspoons of dried lavender
2 teaspoons of dried lavender. 2 teaspoons Pai Mu tan white tea (or alternative lav-ender blends such as Laventee or Bourbon Street)
2 slices of lemon
3 cups of water
Boil water. Add tea and lavender. Let it sit for at least 5 minutes, stirring once or twice. Strain and let it cool. Then serve over ice by squeezing lemon over the top or adding a slice for decoration.
Finally, we move on to something more traditional in a cold drink

Cold mountain tea with orange, lemon and herbs, at Myrro blend.

The simplest way to prepare it that is usually preferred:

For 1 liter of tea, boil 3 cups of water. Pour in 2-3 tablespoons of the Myrro Blend and steep for 15 minutes. Put in a liter jug of ice just above the middle and pour in your hot tea.

And here you can add slices of your favorite fruit. Ready!
