How it is used:
as an infusion: 1 tablespoon in 1.5 cups of water for 3-5'. We drink 1 to 2 times a day.
Due to its bitter taste, it is combined with Fenugreek, Mint, Anise or Licorice.
The mixture is used as a decoction: Simmer 1.5-2 teaspoons in 1 cup of water for 7-10'. Drink slowly 2 cups a day for a week to 10 days.
