Uses
Inhalation/Exhalation:
- Put a few drops in your room or air freshener to combat stress and anxiety. Try mixing it with lavender, frankincense, myrrh or amethyst
- Evaporate a few drops in the space to enhance the meditation. Try it in combination with a drop of frankincense, Australian sandalwood, cedar or pine.
- Put 2-5 drops in an aromatherapy device.
On the skin:
- For skin care and wound healing combine with Helichrisum, Lavender, Patchouli, Frankincense - dilute appropriately in carrier oil or other suitable oil or cream.
- Add 2-3 drops to 3 tablespoons of massage base oil.
In the bathroom:
Add 5-8 drops to 100ml of base oil and mix with the water in your bath.
