Rooibos or Aspalathus Linearis originates from South Africa. It is an aromatic bush that grows on mountain slopes and valleys and adds a characteristic honey taste to beverages. Recently, it has become very popular, not only for its sweet and refreshing taste but also for its health benefits. It contains no theine and can therefor also be consumed by children. Its has relaxing and antioxidant properties and contains minerals such as iron, magnesium, calcium and zinc.
